Thai food is certainly having a moment! It is becoming more popular all around the world and is climbing toward the top, as many people now say it is their favorite cuisine. I recently spent a month in Chiang Mai and ate Thai food, virtually every day. In this video, I show you some of the things I ate and give my opinion on the dishes. This goes so far beyond Pad Thai. (But that’s here too.)
The focus here is on northern Thai flavors.
