• 400g beef brisket, sliced against grain

• 2 tbsp sesame oil

• 5 tbsp soy sauce
• 4 tbsp tuna sauce
• 1.5L water

1. Coat brisket with salt + flour and mix.
2. Prep veggies: green onion, radish, mushrooms.
3. On med heat, add oil and then brown the beef.
4. Add onion + radish, stir-fry.
5. Lower heat, add gochugaru, stir.
6. Add sesame oil, garlic, soy, tuna sauce.
7. Pour water, add ssamjang + mushrooms.
8. Simmer 20 min lid on.
9. Add bean sprouts, cook 15 min.
10. Serve hot with rice.
