Culinary Masterclass: SEXY Super hot Thai (red curry)
1/4 of a super hot chilli plus roasted Thai chilli flakes make this dish a hot little number. Thai food is all about the balance so I tweaked this recipe to my own tastes. Feel free to skip the extra hot chilli and keep it normal heat.
Pro tip: Recipes are NOT rigid. One you’ve got the foundations and a little bit of knowledge the world is your oyster! Substituting ingredients for those that you enjoy (or don’t have) can elevate any dish.
– 5-6 Super Jumbo Prawns
– Thai Red Curry Paste
– Oil
– Fish Sauce
– 1/4 of a Carrot
– Peas or Green Beans
– Water
– Thai Basil
– 2-3 Chillies
– Super hot Chilli (optional)
– Sugar
– Tamarind
– Coconut Milk
– Galangal
