最初に頼みたい「ガイヤーン（鶏の網焼き）」は、
厚みがあってまるで上質なチキンステーキのようにジューシーな仕上がり。
屋台の味というよりは、高級店で丁寧に焼き上げたような贅沢な逸品で、特製ソースとの相性が抜群に良い。
定番の「揚げ春巻き」は、皮がパリッとしつつもモチモチとした珍しい食感で、
中に具材がみっちり詰まっている。
こぶみかんの葉の香りがフワッと抜け、一口で現地の空気を感じさせてくれる。
絶対に外せないのが「パッタイ」。
ごろっと大きなエビと砕いたピーナッツがたっぷり入り、
